In trading on Tuesday, the iShares Micro-Cap ETF (IWC) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of FuelCell Energy (FCEL), up about 24.9% and shares of Insys Therapeutics (INSY), up about 21.6% on the day.
